1. Send your fleet details
Submit a service request or call with your company name, number of units, equipment types, and where the fleet is based.
2. Agree on scope and schedule
PTI reviews what you need — PM intervals, DOT annuals, repair coverage, tire service — and confirms applicable service-call and travel charges before dispatch.
3. First on-site visit
A technician comes to your yard, terminal, or jobsite, inspects the units in scope, and documents baseline condition.
4. Ongoing documented service
Recurring visits, digital approvals, photo documentation, and per-unit history from that point forward.
