Terms of Service

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by PTI Truck Repair LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. By requesting service, receiving an estimate, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services provided

We provide heavy-duty diesel and tire repair, preventive maintenance, roadside assistance, and related services on commercial and passenger trucks and trailers. All work is performed by trained technicians using industry-standard practices.

2. Estimates and authorization

Any estimate we provide is based on our best assessment of the condition of your vehicle at the time of inspection. Actual repair cost may vary if additional issues are found during service. We will not perform additional work exceeding the estimate without your written or verbal authorization.

3. Payment terms

4. Warranty

Labor is warrantied for 90 days or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first, against defects in workmanship. Parts we install carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will honor by re-installing replacement parts at no labor cost during the warranty period. Warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, neglect, modification, or normal wear.

5. Customer responsibilities

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by North Carolina law, our liability for any claim arising out of services performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or towing costs beyond direct service performed.

7. Vehicle storage and abandonment

Vehicles not picked up within 30 days of completion notification, and for which no payment arrangement has been made, may be deemed abandoned under North Carolina General Statute § 20-77 and § 44A-2, and may be sold to satisfy the unpaid balance.

8. Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any lawful reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, unpaid prior balances, or requests to perform work we believe is unsafe or contrary to manufacturer specifications.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at ptitruckrepair.com/terms. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
