- Customer information: name, company, phone number, email address, and mailing address you provide when requesting service.
- Vehicle information: unit number, VIN, make/model, mileage, and service history.
- Payment information: card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Communications: content of emails, text messages, and phone calls related to your service.
How we use your information
- To provide and invoice for repair, maintenance, and roadside services you request.
- To send estimates, invoices, receipts, and service updates.
- To respond to inquiries and warranty claims.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations, including North Carolina sales tax reporting.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, including:
- Stripe for card and ACH payment processing.
- Supabase for encrypted database hosting.
- Vercel for website hosting.
- Twilio and Resend for text and email delivery.
- Government tax authorities as required by law.
Data retention
We retain customer records, invoices, and service history for at least 7 years for tax and warranty purposes, or longer if required by law.
Data security
Data is stored in encrypted databases and transmitted over HTTPS. Payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We restrict access to customer information to authorized personnel only.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
